The story

Two days, two tournaments in Marano di Valpolicella: 2 vs 2 on Saturday, 3 vs 3 on Sunday. Five Swiss-system rounds, then two final brackets — the ValpoKubb Championship for the top teams and the ValpoKubb Challenge for everyone else. Nobody gets knocked out: lose a match and you simply keep playing, and every team ends the day with a final placing. It’s the best-attended event in Italian Kubb, and it’s set up so that even people who have never held a throwing stick can sign up.
